Desert Bar, Parker, Arizona

On the road to the desert bar.

I know it doesn’t look like much but 4 miles of rough washboard roads get crazy after the 1st little while. But it is worth every bouncy pothole.

We always have so much fun here. Great music, good food, beautiful scenery and lots of people watching. There were a couple women who should have been at Wal-Mart not the desert bar.

We were here last year and had such a great time we decided early on this was a “must do” on our list to things to do. We did miss our friends from last year, Jerry and Greg.

The Fulltones

Bruce said the group played rock a billie. Not sure what that was but they did a good job. Played rock and roll and a couple country I had’t heard before. But I loved the guy on the bass. I love the fact that this place is run completely on solar. So the hours they are open are from high noon to sunset. If you are ever in the area and looking for something fun to do this is the place. Very family friendly.

Just 2 of several old vehicles on his property.

And what is a post from us if there isn’t a sunset included.

Not very dramatic but loved the crescent moon.
